On completion of the above form, your booking of 1 table at the london stock exchange mediscience awards dinner is confirmed (subject to availability). A deposit of 50% (£850.00 + VAT) will become payable immediately and is a non-refundable deposit. A VAT invoice will then be sent shortly afterwards. Please be aware that our cancellation terms are as follows;
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation within 3 months from date of dinner - a 50% refund of total amount payable will be granted.
Cancellation between 6 weeks and 3 months from date of dinner - a 25% refund of total amount payable will be granted.
Cancellation 6 weeks or less from date of dinner - no refund.
